Summary

Requiring an employer to provide in-person training in basic first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation at least once every 3 years to an employee who works in or in the immediate vicinity of a manhole or a specified confined space; prohibiting an employer from allowing or causing an employee to work in a manhole or a specified confined space unless each employee working in or in the immediate vicinity of the manhole or confined space is trained to administer basic first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation; etc.
