Summary

Requiring that, on or before August 1, 2012, the Maryland Higher Education Commission make all remaining necessary decisions for a 2+2 facility that a constituent institution of the University System of Maryland is planning to build on the campus of a community college, if the constituent institution has met specified requirements; and requiring the Commission to report specified decisions to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before August 1, 2012.
