Summary

Providing that a title insurance producer independent contractor who provides specified services that may result in issuance of a title insurance contract by or on behalf of a title insurance producer is not required to file a specified fidelity bond, surety bond, or letter of credit with the Maryland Insurance Commissioner under specified circumstances.
