Summary
Repealing a requirement that an insured mail or transmit to the Maryland Insurance Commissioner a protest within 30 days after the mailing date of a certain notice when protesting a proposed premium increase for a policy of private passenger motor vehicle liability insurance; and requiring the Maryland Insurance Administration to submit to the General Assembly a report on or before December 1 each year detailing the number of protests of motor vehicle liability insurance premium increases received and the insurers involved.
