Summary
Requiring the use of a drone by an agent of the State or a political subdivision of the State to fully comply with all specified applicable federal requirements and guidelines; prohibiting an agent of the State or a political subdivision of the State from operating a drone for the purpose of receiving or disclosing information acquired through the operation of a drone except in specified circumstances; providing exceptions to the prohibition against the use of specified drones and the acquisition and disclosure of specified information; etc.
