Summary

Authorizing any officer whose office is established in the Maryland Constitution to administer the oath of office to specified individuals elected or appointed to an office of trust or profit under the Constitution or laws of the State; requiring a constitutional officer who administers the oath of office to deliver a specified report to the Secretary of State within 30 days of administering the oath; and making conforming changes.
