Summary

Requiring a limited liability company to include in its articles of organization the name and home address of each member of the limited liability company; and prohibiting a person from submitting to the State Department of Assessments and Taxation articles of organization for a limited liability company that the person knows or has reason to know contain false information required under the Act.
