Summary

Prohibiting a retail establishment from selling an undergarment that has been previously sold and returned to the retail establishment; providing for the application of the Act; providing exceptions to the Act for a retail establishment that markets its merchandise as used or secondhand and for undergarments sealed in unopened packaging; providing that a person who violates the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500; and defining the terms "retail establishment" and "undergarment".
