Summary

Establishing the Task Force to Study Crime Classification to study and make recommendations regarding a method for classifying crimes and civil offenses under State law and to identify and logically categorize all crimes and civil offenses that exist under State law; and requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly on or before December 31, 2023.
