Summary

Requiring the Comptroller, as Administrator of abandoned property in the State, to determine the value of certain nonmonetary abandoned property; and authorizing the Administrator, if it is determined the property has no commercial value and need not be offered for sale, to return the property to the holder, destroy the property, or dispose of the property.
