Summary

Requiring the driver of a vehicle to come to a stop when a pedestrian or bicycle is stopped on a curb, a median divider, or any other place of safety, waiting to cross the roadway in a crosswalk; authorizing a person to ride a bicycle in or through a crosswalk in a place where a person may not lawfully ride a bicycle on a sidewalk or sidewalk area; providing that a person riding a bicycle in or through a crosswalk is subject to specified traffic control signals; etc.
