Summary

Requiring a supervisor of assessments to provide a written notice of assessment for owner-occupied residential real property in any year of the 3-year assessment cycle when the property is not valued or revalued, if the Department of Assessments and Taxation has determined that a specified market decline has occurred for homes in the county or assessment district or ward where the property is located; requiring a specified assessment notice to include specified information; etc.
