Summary

Repealing specified provisions of law that prohibit a person who practices cosmetology, provides esthetic services, or provides nail technician services from providing such services in any place other than a beauty salon that holds a beauty salon permit or a barbershop that holds a barbershop permit; and repealing specified provisions of law regarding exceptions to place of practice licensing requirements.
