Summary

Prohibiting a State official, a local official, or a person employed by or under contract with the State or a local government unit from inducing, or attempting to induce, another person to engage in specified sexual acts by threatening to withhold governmental services to which the other person is entitled; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act; and altering a definition to establish that a specified person is subject to specified penalties.
