Summary

Requiring each county board of education to retain the services of a qualified indoor air quality investigator to conduct any indoor air quality tests the board chooses to have conducted in a public school in the county; and requiring a county board and the State Department of Education, on receipt of the results of an indoor air quality test, to post the results on their websites written in a manner that is clear and easy for the public to understand and posted in a conspicuous location that is easy for the public to find and access.
