Summary

Creating a Joint Committee on Election Oversight to study, examine and identify ways in which the State Board of Elections and local boards can improve election administration and campaign finance regulation; providing for the membership and staffing of the Committee; providing for the appointment of cochairs; establishing the powers and duties of the Committee; and requiring the Committee to submit a certain report to the General Assembly on or before December 1 each year.
