Summary

Prohibiting a person from knowingly distributing a specified mixture of controlled dangerous substances; establishing specified penalties for the violation of a specified law with a mixture of specified controlled dangerous substances; and requiring that a sentence for the distribution of a mixture of specified controlled dangerous substances be consecutive to any other sentence imposed.
