Summary

Providing that, beginning on October 1, 2015, the reasonable steps specified departments, agencies, and programs are required to take under a specified provision of law include the operation and maintenance of equal access versions of specified Web sites in specified languages subject to a specified exception; requiring the Department of Information Technology to establish minimum standards to which the equal access versions of specified Web sites must conform; etc.
