Summary

Altering homebuyer education requirements for a loan recipient in the Down Payment and Settlement Expense Loan Program in the Department of Housing and Community Development to require the loan recipient to take a homebuyer education course or complete online homebuyer education with a HUD-approved product and require the recipient to receive one-on-one counseling for at least 1 hour, in person or by phone; and requiring the Secretary of Housing and Community Development to make a certain annual report by December 31.
