Summary

Authorizing Prince George's County to enact a local law establishing a foreclosed-on property registry for specified property located in the county; requiring the local law to require a successor in interest to register specified foreclosed-on property, pay a specified registration fee, be responsible for the maintenance and security of the foreclosed-on property, and provide the county with specified information on the property; requiring the county to set up a fund for the deposit of registration fees for specified uses; etc.
