Summary
Controlled substances; schedules; certain synthetic substances; classify as schedule 1 controlled substances and prohibit sales and offer to sell certain products represented to have the effects of certain controlled substances. Amends secs. 7212, 7401, 7402, 7403 & 7404 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.7212 et seq.) & adds sec. 7417.
