A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled

"Michigan election law,"

(MCL 168.1 to 168.992) by adding sections 37c, 717b, and 795d.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 37c. The secretary of state shall not approve or authorize to be used, and a county, city, or township shall not use, a ballot on demand system at any election in this state to print ballots.

Sec. 717b. Ballots must be printed, wrapped, and secured as provided in this act and must not be printed on a ballot on demand system.

Sec. 795d. The board of state canvassers shall not approve any ballot on demand system to be used at any election in this state to print ballots.
