HOUSE BILL No. 5205

 

December 17, 2015, Introduced by Reps. McBroom, Kivela, Aaron Miller and Dianda and referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

 

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 6a.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 6a. The portion of Highway US-2 that is within the city

 

limits of the city of Norway in Dickinson County shall be known as

 

the "Kenneth J. Moraska Memorial Highway".

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
