A bill to amend 1936 (Ex Sess) PA 1, entitled

"Michigan employment security act,"

(MCL 421.1 to 421.75) by adding section 62a.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 62a. The unemployment agency shall not charge an improperly paid benefit described in section 62(a)(iv) to any of the following:

(a) Any account of an employer.

(b) The unemployment compensation fund.

(c) The contingent fund.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless House Bill No. 5265 of the 101st Legislature is enacted into law.
