1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. CITY OF BOVEY; LOCAL GOVERNMENT AID.
1.5Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 477A.017, the city of Bovey must
1.6receive its local government aid distribution for 2011 as calculated pursuant to Minnesota
1.7Statutes 2011 Supplement, section 477A.013, subdivision 11. The commissioner of
1.8revenue shall make payment to Bovey no later than June 30, 2012.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
