1.2relating to highways; removing certain legislative routes from the trunk highway

1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. LEGISLATIVE ROUTE NO. 227 REMOVED.
1.6(a) Minnesota Statutes, section 161.115, subdivision 158, is repealed effective the
1.7day after the commissioner of transportation receives a copy of the agreement between
1.8the commissioner and the governing body of Wadena County to transfer jurisdiction of
1.9Legislative Route No. 227 and notifies the revisor of statutes under paragraph (b).
1.10(b) The revisor of statutes shall delete the route identified in paragraph (a) from
1.11Minnesota Statutes when the commissioner of transportation sends notice to the revisor
1.12electronically or in writing that the conditions required to transfer the route have been
1.13satisfied.
1.14 Sec. 2. LEGISLATIVE ROUTE NO. 258 REMOVED.
1.15(a) Minnesota Statutes, section 161.115, subdivision 189, is repealed effective the
1.16day after the commissioner of transportation receives a copy of the agreement between
1.17the commissioner and the governing body of Brown County to transfer jurisdiction of
1.18Legislative Route No. 258 and notifies the revisor of statutes under paragraph (b).
1.19(b) The revisor of statutes shall delete the route identified in paragraph (a) from
1.20Minnesota Statutes when the commissioner of transportation sends notice to the revisor
1.21electronically or in writing that the conditions required to transfer the route have been
1.22satisfied.
2.1 Sec. 3. LEGISLATIVE ROUTE NO. 291 REMOVED.
2.2(a) Minnesota Statutes, section 161.115, subdivision 222, is repealed effective the
2.3day after the commissioner of transportation receives a copy of the agreement between the
2.4commissioner and the governing body of the city of Hastings to transfer jurisdiction of
2.5Legislative Route No. 291 and notifies the revisor of statutes under paragraph (b).
2.6(b) The revisor of statutes shall delete the route identified in paragraph (a) from
2.7Minnesota Statutes when the commissioner of transportation sends notice to the revisor
2.8electronically or in writing that the conditions required to transfer the route have been
2.9satisfied.
