     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 2 after the word "OF" by inserting the following:

     "CERTAIN"

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 3 after the semicolon by inserting the following:

     "TO AMEND SECTION 99-19-83, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REVISE PROVISIONS REGULATIONG HABITUAL OFFENDERS"
