Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 93-5-23, 93-11-65, 43-19-101 And 43-19-103, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That, In A Child Support Order, The Court Shall Require The Noncustodial Parent To Pay One-half Of The Reasonable Cost Of Child Care Expenses, As May Be Required For The Custodial Parent To Seek Or Retain Employment; And For Related Purposes.
