Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-103-302, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That All Funds Received By The State Of Mississippi Through A Negotiated Settlement Or Recovery For Damages In Connection With The Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Shall Be Deposited Into A Special Fund In The State Treasury To Be Known As The Deepwater Horizon Oil Disaster Fund For Appropriation By The Legislature To The Mississippi Department Of Transportation For State And County Highway Maintenance; And For Related Purposes.
