An Act To Designate A Segment Of United States Highway 49 From Its Intersection With Interstate 220 And Medgar Evers Boulevard In Hinds County, Mississippi, To Its Intersection With United States Highway 61 In Coahoma County, Mississippi, As An Historic Highway; To Require Mdot To Keep Up And Maintain The Segment Of Highway To The Degree Appropriate For Such An Historic Highway; To Authorize Mdot To Enter Into An Interlocal Agreement With The City Of Jackson For Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Portion Of The Historic Highway Located Within The Corporate Limits Of The City; And For Related Purposes.
