Summary
An Act To Establish A Commission To Redesign The Mississippi State Flag; To Prescribe The Membership Of The Commission And To Provide For Its Organization And Meetings; To Provide That The Redesigned Mississippi State Flag Adopted By The Commission Shall Not Include The Design Of The Confederate Battle Flag; To Provide That The Recommendation Of The Commission Shall Be Presented To The 2019 Regular Session In Order To Be Unveiled At An Appropriate Ceremony Held During The First Week Of September 2019; And For Related Purposes.
