An Act To Amend Section 97-5-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Felonious Child Abuse Is Committed When A Child Tests Positive At Birth For Certain Controlled Substances That Were Not Prescribed By A Physician; To Amend Sections 43-21-105 And 43-21-603, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Required Evidence For Proof Of Child Abuse To Conform To This Act; And For Related Purposes.
