An Act To Amend Sections 27-3-73, 27-7-83, 27-13-57 And 27-65-81, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Commissioner Of Revenue To Disclose Certain Taxpayer Information To Law Enforcement Officers Of The State Of Mississippi And The United States Without The Need For A Subpoena Or Proper Judicial Order; To Require The Commissioner Of Revenue To Establish Procedural Safeguards For Release Of Certain Information; And For Related Purposes.
