An Act To Bring Forward Sections 27-43-3 And 27-43-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Require The Chancery Clerk To Provide Notice To Owners Of Land Sold Due To Nonpayment Of Ad Valorem Taxes And Provide For The Fee Of The Chancery Clerk For Examining Records In Order To Ascertain The Names And Addresses Of Lienors Relating To Land Sold Due To Nonpayment Of Ad Valorem Taxes, For The Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
