An Act To Amend Section 27-65-107, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From Sales Taxation Sales Of Electricity, Current, Power, Steam, Coal, Natural Gas, Liquefied Petroleum Gas Or Other Fuel To A Manufacturer, Custom Processor, Technology Intensive Enterprise Or Public Service Company For Industrial Purposes; To Amend Sections 27-65-19, 19-5-343, 27-38-5 And 27-65-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
