Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-5-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Candidates For The County Board Of Education To Declare The Political Party With Which They Are Affiliated; To Provide That The Candidate Who Receives A Majority Of The Votes Cast In The General Election Shall Be Elected; To Require A Run-off Election If No Candidate Receives A Majority Of Votes; And For Related Purposes.
