An Act To Require Periodic Random Drug Testing Of Law Enforcement Officers As Determined By The Attorney General; To Require Bidding For The Contract To Perform Such Testing; To Require Rehabilitation For Failing A Drug Test; To Provide That Refusal Of Treatment May Result In Termination Of Employment; To Authorize The Attorney General To Promulgate Rules And Regulations To Carry Out The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
