Summary
An Act To Amend Section 85-7-251, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Owners Of Vehicles That Have Been Towed At The Request Of Law Enforcement For Criminal Investigation In Which Such Owner Is Not A Suspect Shall Not Be Responsible For Storage And Labor Related To The Towed Vehicle; And For Related Purposes.
