Summary

An Act To Amend Section 33-15-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If There Is Significant Damage To A Health Care Facility By A Natural Disaster In An Area That Is Proclaimed A Disaster Area Or Subject To A State Of Emergency By The Governor Or By The President Of The United States, The Repair Or The Rebuilding Of Any Such Damaged Health Care Facility Within Three Miles Of The Pre-disaster Location Of The Damaged Facility Shall Be Exempt From All Of Requirements Of The Mississippi Health Care Certificate Of Need Law; To Define "significant Damage" For The Purposes Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
