Summary

An Act To Amend Section 23-15-955, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Regardless Of Court Proceedings Otherwise Authorized By Law, Once A Regular Session Of The Legislature That Follows A Regular General Election For Members Of The Legislature Convenes, Each House Of The Mississippi State Legislature Shall Have Exclusive Jurisdiction Over Primary Election Contests That Involve A Seat In Its House; And For Related Purposes.
