An Act To Amend Chapter 824, Local And Private Laws Of 1992, As Amended By Chapter 912, Local And Private Laws Of 1997, To Extend Until July 1, 2023, The Repeal Date On The Authority Of The Governing Authorities Of The City Of Batesville, Mississippi, To Levy A Tax Upon The Gross Proceeds Of Hotels And Motels Derived From Room Rentals And Upon The Gross Proceeds Of Sales Of Restaurants, The Proceeds Of Which Must Be Utilized To Promote Tourism, Industry And Economic Development In The City; And For Related Purposes.
