Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-15-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A 5-year Old Child May Enter Public Kindergarten If His Or Her 5th Birthday Is After September 1 And May Enter First Grade If His Or Her Sixth Birthday Is After September 1, If The Local School Superintendent Determines The Child Is Ready; And For Related Purposes.
