Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-51-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From Ad Valorem Taxation All Motor Vehicles While In The Hands Of A Wrecker Service Or Automobile Repair Service/business That Are Being Held For Sale As Merchandise And Which Are Not Being Operated Upon The Highways Of This State; To Amend Section 63-17-74, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Make It Clear That A Wrecker Service Or Automobile Repair Service/business May Sell Motor Vehicles That Are Not Titled And Registered In The Name Of The Business Under Certain Circumstances; And For Related Purposes.
