An Act To Amend Chapter Law 925, Local And Private Laws Of 2020, To Extend The Date Of Repeal To July 1, 2028, On The Law That Authorizes The Board Of Supervisors Of Lauderdale County, Mississippi, To Levy An Assessment, In Addition To Any Other Assessments And Court Costs, For Misdemeanor Convictions And/or Nonadjudications Obtained In Its Justice Court, To Be Used To Fund The Construction, Operation, Furnishing, Technology, Maintenance And Related Needs Of A New County Office Building To Be Known As The "lauderdale County Government Complex"; To Remove Civil Cases From The Assessment Authorization; And For Related Purposes.
