House Bill 961

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HUMPHREYS COUNTY TO EXPEND FUNDS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2012 AND FISCAL YEAR 2013 TO SUPPORT THE LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL ACTIVITIES IN HUMPHREYS COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Humphreys County is authorized, in its discretion, to expend funds during fiscal year 2012 and fiscal year 2013 in an amount equal to Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per fiscal year to support Little League Baseball activities in Humphreys County.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
