A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds for the cape fear community college alston w. burke annex campus.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Community Colleges System Office the sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for the 2012‑2013 fiscal year to aide Cape Fear Community College in establishing the Alston W. Burke Annex Campus to provide economic development and educational opportunities to eastern Pender County.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2012.
