A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT To allow Washington county to remove abandoned vessels from navigable waters in the same manner that Brunswick and Dare counties may remove abandoned vessels.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of S.L. 2013‑182, which modified G.S. 153A‑132 for Brunswick and Dare Counties, reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 1. This act applies to Brunswick and Dare Brunswick, Dare, and Washington Counties only."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
