A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT to appropriate funds to the department of health and human services, office of rural health and community care, to provide free health care services to uninsured residents of warren and vance counties.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Rural Health and Community Care, the sum of four hundred two thousand dollars ($402,000) for the 2013‑2014 fiscal year and the sum of four hundred two thousand dollars ($402,000) for the 2014‑2015 fiscal year. These funds shall be allocated to the Warren County Free Clinic, Inc., for the purpose of providing free health care services to uninsured residents of Warren and Vance Counties.
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2013.
