Short Title:        Western Regional History Museum Funds.		(Public)

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to conduct a site study and impact analysis to determine a location for the western regional history museum.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Cultural Resources the sum of three hundred ten thousand dollars ($310,000) for the 2010‑2011 fiscal year to conduct a comprehensive site study, including an environmental analysis and an impact analysis, to determine a location for the Western Regional History Museum.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2010.
