A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina to be allocated to the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University the sum of eight million dollars ($8,000,000) for the 2015‑2016 fiscal year and the sum of eight million dollars ($8,000,000) for the 2016‑2017 fiscal year.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2015.
